1. How do we stay in contact? Do you come and visit?

If possible, yes.  If the geographical barrier is too high, we’ll have to do our two-way exchange of information with what modern technology is offering us: telephone, fax, e-mail, skype, MSN etc. - whichever is preferable and available.

However, when an online- appointment is scheduled, it is as official as any visit in person and expected to be properly postponed when something comes up. Of course we do understand internet failures, electricity fall outs etc:)

2. How can I apply?

A first contact is free of any charge or commitments. After that? If you are not ready to commit to a project just yet, or maybe the set up, outcome or anything else still feels too insecure for you? Not a problem.

However: ready to get started? Great! We take your application seriously and will put in the time it deserves!

3. In which geographic areas does Green Stepping Stone operate?

We aim to serve environmental foundations all over the world. We are only limited by language barriers (English and Dutch). Please contact us if you are not sure whether we can assist you.

4. What can we do if the cooperation is not proceeding as desired?

It is our goal and expectation that our cooperation will run smoothly. In the unlikely event that you are worried about project progress or our performances, we want to encourage you to share any concerns in a timely manner, so we can quickly take them away.
